What is the Airtificial Connect Program?

1. Recommend someone you know
If you know someone who could be a good fit for one of our job openings, you can send us their CV through this portal or directly via email to rrhh@airtificial.com, indicating that it is a referred candidate.
Our Human Resources team will assess whether the person meets the requirements to participate in the selection process and, if so, will contact them following the usual procedure.

2. Receive a reward
If the person you recommended is hired and successfully completes the probation period, you will receive a special reward.

What are the benefits of the program?

Recognition: Your involvement in talent acquisition will be acknowledged and rewarded.

Stronger team: You’ll actively contribute to the growth and cohesion of the team.

Tiered rewards: Once your referral successfully completes the probation period, you’ll receive a reward based on the following system:

Level I: Junior engineers with no experience or vocational training technicians with experience, 3 extra vacation days or equivalent financial compensation.
Level II: Senior engineers or equivalent with a university degree, 4 extra vacation days or equivalent financial compensation.
Level III: Middle management, 5 extra vacation days or equivalent financial compensation.

Program conditions

If two people refer the same candidate, only the first referral will be considered.

Referrals from current Airtificial employees will not be accepted.

Former employees may be considered as referrals.

The program does not apply if the candidate has already been contacted by the HR team.

No reward will be granted if the candidate does not pass the probation period or leaves the position before completing it.

**Middle management, managers, and directors are excluded from participating in this program.
